The successful candidate will have
a minimum of 2 years experience in a line cook role.
We are looking someone with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Preparing & cooking menu items by following instructions and adhering to menu recipes and specifications.

  • Ensuring that the food preparation, quality & presentation meets our standards.

  • Maintaining a clean & safe working environment by maintaining occupational health & safety standards.

  • Help keeping track of kitchen inventory, including food, supplies & equipment. Performing kitchen work station opening & closing duties as required.

Preparing Dishes

Porter/Dishwasher

The responsibilities include but are not limited to ...
  • Operating the industrial dishwasher

  • Wash items by hand if necessary

  • Clean equipment

  • Assist the kitchen as needed

  • Follow sanitation policies at all times

  • Perform opening, closing and side work

  • Report to Executive Chef, Sous Chef or Supervisor
