Full Body Fitness Class 45 MIN $75 private | $65 per person if 2 or more
Light moderate activity done in seated position. Chair fitness targets all muscle groups and is ideal for an older aged population or injured/ recovering population.
Fitness on the Road Class
30 MIN $50 private | $40 per person if 2 or more
An informational session with integrated exercises and demonstrations of how to stay fit while on the road which includes (aerobic exercise, muscular endurance, stretching and breathing techniques).
Individual Personal Training

About Your Trainer: Haley Bowler-Cooke is an Ontario Fitness Council Certified Gold Standard Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor, Group Fitness Instructor & Resistance Training Specialist. Haley is a recent graduate from Conestoga College Fitness and Health Promotion program, graduating with High Distinction and placed on Dean’s Honour roll list in June, 2014. She is extremely passionate about fitness and health, with an extremely motivating and outgoing personality. Haley is has worked in the Benmiller Inn in the dining room for over six years. She believes in the importance of fitness as well as holistic health in every day practice; therefore it is important to incorporate fitness into a busy schedule when on the road travelling. Haley is pleased to offer her expertise in health promotion to the guests of Benmiller Inn.
